What is your return policy for wetsuits?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn wetsuits with original tags attached. To maintain hygiene and product integrity, please ensure the suit is tried on over clean undergarments and is free from sand or salt.
How should I care for my wetsuit to make it last longer?
After every session, rinse your BOLDE wetsuit with fresh water and hang it to dry in the shade. Avoid direct sunlight and never use a washing machine or dryer, as heat can damage the neoprene and seams.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our high-performance gear worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
What kind of warranty comes with a BOLDE wetsuit?
All our wetsuits come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including seam failure or zipper malfunctions under normal use.
Which thickness do I need for my local water temperature?
As a general rule, a 3/2mm suit is ideal for water between 16-20°C (60-68°F), while a 4/3mm or 5/4mm suit is recommended for colder conditions below 15°C (59°F).
