Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully fold the wetsuit to avoid creasing the neoprene and place it back in its original box along with all tags and protective inserts.

Ship It Back

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our team inspects the wetsuit for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
